Lifestyle Mentorship

This program is a 1 on 1 mentorship with me for 30 days starting the first of every month. I’ve supported a lot of people on their health and fitness journey but this program allows me to dig deeper and take time to help you directly. I’ll be doing daily check-ins on an app called Marco Polo (a video messaging app). These check-ins will touch on your workout, nutrition, and some gratitude to keep you on a positive mindset every single day. You’ll also have access to my online communities for extra support and love from women on a similar journey. These groups are my daily strength to stay on track.  We will go over what you have prepped for the week, any big challenges your facing and how we’re going to overcome them.

Really, its an opportunity for more support and guidance. I know what it’s like to want to achieve your goals but have no idea where to start. That’s why I’m creating this opportunity for a few lucky ladies.

Requirements

The only requirements to join the mentorship is the purchase of a wellness package with everything you need to crush this mentorship, a positive attitude & driven mindset (I’m only accepting 3 people so you have to be committed to show up every single day), and before and after photos submitted for your chance to win $500 and you get a free t-shirt.

The requirements are really basic but it’s definitely going to be life-changing to see your commitment for a whole month and I’m excited to be a part of that.
